Rob O. I've known Jonathan for years as a sideman, lending his drumming/percussionist talents to other talented musicians, more recently as a member of Lili Añel's band. He shows his brilliance as a leader on this incredible debut album! Wow, his years of experience paid off and look forward for more to come! Bravo!!!

about

The works contained in this album were conceived as mediations. I encourage the listener to take a ride with us, using the music as a means to reflect on Life’s Dimensions and the many
Perspectives from which any one situation can be viewed. How do we find ways to love more? Understand each other more? Center our own hearts more? I don’t have the answer, but I hope this music provides space for your search.

First, I give thanks to God for the gift of music and the space to create. Thank you to my wife Holly and my girls, Alicia and Sydney, for supporting this part of my being. Thank you to the core of the Whitney Project, Rob Swanson and Tom Palmer, for over 20 years of music making.

Thank you to all of the musicians who contributed their amazing talents to this album. Each of you have left an indelible mark on me as an artist and a human being.

Thank you to Morning Star Studios for a great recording experience, to all of my mentors past and present for your guidance. Thank you to Sandy Eldred for lending your ears to the project. Thank you to Eunice LaFate for collaborating on the Eunice LaFate suite. Your unstoppable drive and never ending outpouring of love for the next generation is an example for all to follow.
